IDENTIFIKASI POTENSI WISATA MINAT KHUSUS DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN KONSEP 3A+1I (ATTRACTION, ACCESSIBILITY, AMENITY, INSTITUTION) DI SITU RAWA BINONG DESA HEGARMUKTI KABUPATEN BEKASI

Abstract

Tourism is related to vacation, having fun, study tour and business. Adventure tourism as a group of special interest tourism utilizes nature and culture as its background to create challenge and special attention to its activity. The purpose of this study was to identify the potential of special interest tourism using 3A+1I concept in Situ Rawa Binong, Desa Hegarmukti, Kabupaten Bekasi. The Purposive Sampling sample technique and descriptive-qualitative method were used in this study to find an analysis without the assistance of statistical and calculations procedures. The interviews and observation were the tools to get primary data of this study, while the various written sources were the secondary data. The theory was based on Sinaga (2010), that tourism development has 4 (four) elements, namely attraction, accessibility, amenity and institution. The result of this study could be inferred that Situ Rawa Binong, Desa Hegarmukti, Kabupaten Bekasi has potential of special interest tourism using 3A+1I concept to be developed, namely it has typical characterization in Attraction to compete with surrounding destinations, the location was accessible (Accessibility), but it has lack of accommodation (Amenity) and the cooperation between inter-Institution was considered good.
