Abstract

Training is one event of the MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition), as example the Education and Training of Leadership Level III (ETL Level III) carried out by Human Resources Development Agency (HRDA) of Ministry of Home Affairs. This implementation is in accordance with the vision, mission and function of HRDA at the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely the human resources development within the Ministry of Home Affairs and local Government. The process of training event in ministry sector deviden into four steps, there are planning, execution, evaluation and reporting the event in a document. One of the important step in the process of training event is evaluation. For example in the DIKLATPIM III training that being held by Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kementerian Dalam Negeri. The evaluation process in ministry sector includes evaluation of participants, evaluation of organizer, evaluation of speakers and final evaluation. The evaluation process is being conducted for a few months after the training event. Besides that, this research uses qualitative methodology that is also supported by observation and interview as a technique in collecting and processing the data. The results of this research show that the evaluation process in the training evet that being held by ministry is different because the evaluation process needs to based on the 1945 constitution of Republic Indonesia.
