Abstract

The pet service industry in Indonesia has increased, as evidenced by the many businesses related to pets. Get Vet is a place of veterinary practice to provide pet medical services and pet shop. Get Vet has a plan to expand its business market, making more competitors so that there must be striking difference that is a logo. Get Vet already has a logo, however there is similarity with similar businesses and it has not been applied consistently.  This research aims to obtain a new logo as visual identity. The research used qualitative method and design thinking. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, Get Vet requires a new identity that highlights its strengths. According to the strategy, a key message of the research is pet medical services and pet shop care about animal health with friendliness and professionalism. The results are the logo of Get Vet which gives a friendly, professional and modern which reflects the Get Vet, so become a differentiator with competitors and applied consistently.
