About the Journal
SPEKTRAL : Journal of Communications, Antennas and Propagation
SPEKTRAL is a scientific journal which is a forum for publication of research results by academics, researchers, industry and the general public in the development of the field of "Communication Technology, Network Technology, Antenna and Propagation". This journal is expected to be able to disseminate research results, increase productivity and as a place to share experiences and find solutions to every problem within the scope of the scientific area above. The accepted manuscript is the original version of the manuscript that has never been published. Authors must refer to the writing format provided (please download and use as a template for initial manuscript submission in .DOCX) to ensure fast processing and publication. Manuscripts that do not meet the requirements based on the guidelines will not be processed.
Peer Review Process
Each submitted article will be reviewed using the double blind peer-review method by the reviewer.
Acceptance of articles depends on their suitability for the Spectral Journal's objectives. The review process includes scientific contributions, originality, research methods, research results, and references. Suggestions from reviewers (and editors) will be conveyed to the authors and then they will have the opportunity to revise the article until it is fit for publication.
The spectral journal is published twice a year in April and October.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides open, direct access to all of its contents on the principle to make research available free of charge to the public in order to support global exchange of knowledge.
The author must be responsible for the entire material presented in the paper, whether in the form of writing, pictures or tables. The author must ensure that all writing, images or tables used in the paper have been properly cited and not copyrighted materials that must have certain permission from the original owner before being used.
All submitted articles will be checked using Turnitin for similarity and plagiarism. The SPEKTRAL Editorial Board will determine a penalty for articles identified as major plagiarism and will give the author the opportunity to correct articles identified as minor plagiarism within a specified time.
SPECTRAL has been published since 2020 by the Department of Electrical Engineering, Jakarta State Polytechnic which is a collaboration of the Broadband Multimedia Study Program and the Telecommunications Study Program.
