Abstract

ABSTRAK
Metodologipenelitianyang dipakai adalah metode deskriptif dan fenomenologi. Tujuan dari metode deskriptif adalah menguraikan laporan siswa mengenai pelaksanaan K3 di perusahaan tempat mereka job training sedangkan fenomenologi untuk memperoleh kesimpulan pelaksanaan K3 di duaperusahaantersebutditinjaudarimanajemenhuman capital.
Kesimpulandaripenelitianiniadalahbahwapelaksanaan sistem kerja K3 di PT Pertamina Retail tidak menciptakanproses manajemen human capital antara pegawai pertamina dengan pelaksanaan K3.Hal inidisebabkanpelaksanaan K3 di PT Pertamina Retail diserahkankepadakontraktor. Di samping itu, dari hasil penelitian pada pelaksanaan prosedur Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) tidak dapat berjalan dengan sempurna.Adapunkesimpulanpelaksanaan K3 pada Head Office PT Tripatratelahmelaksanakanmanajemen human capital. Hal inidapat diperhatikan system manajemen yang melibatkan seluruh karyawan tetap, karyawan magang, tim tanggap darurat, tamu, klien, dan instansi-instansi yang terkait seperti instansi pemadam kebakarandalampelaksanaan K3 sertavisidanmisiperusahaan yang dianutnya.

ABSTRACT
Research methodology the method used is descriptive and Phenomenology. The purpose of the descriptive method is outlining a report on the implementation of K3 students in their job training company while the phenomenology to derive the conclusion the implementation of K3 in two such companies in terms of management of human capital.
The conclusion from this study is that the implementation of K3 system working in PT Pertamina Retail does not create human capital management process between employees of pertamina with the implementation of K3. This is due to the implementation of K3 PT Pertamina Retail turned over to contractors. In addition, the results of research on the implementation procedures for Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) can not run perfectly. As for the conclusion of the implementation of K3 on PT Tripatra Head Office has been carrying out management of human capital. It can be noted that involves the entire management system permanent employees, apprentices, employees of the emergency response team, guests, clients, and agency-related agencies such as fire agencies in the implementation of K3 vision and mission as well as companies that formerly adhered.
