Abstract

ABSTRAK

This research is aimed to investigate and to prove the relation between the services given by tha administration staff to the satisfaction felt by the students in State Polytechnic of Jakarta. The method used is describtive method and the approach used is distributing questioner. The material asked covers many things, like: the attitude, manner and the administration staff behaviour when serve the students. The result said that there is a significant relation between the services given by the administration and the satisfaction felt and experienced by the students State Polytechnic of Jakarta.
