This research is aimed to investigate the application of performance disciplines of administration clerk in business administration department. This research covers three aspects. It covers the performance, self awareness, and the obedience to the organization rules. The date from research said that most of the administration staff still gets the low score the average score most of them get deviation standard 7.33. median get 43.33 and the low standard goes to 56,37%. The disciplines is aimed to increase and accelerate the performance and finally it is going to reach the organization goal.
