Abstract

In a business to business (B2B) type of exhibition, promotional and marketing activities are often carried out with more specific customer targets, direct marketing is often done at B2B exhibitions to get a direct response from prospective customers whose information has been processed in the form of a database . This study discusses how the Direct Marketing activities process is applied at the Concrete Show South East Asia exhibition. Qualitative descriptive analysis method is a description analysis method where the author will explain the process of direct marketing activities at the Concrete Show South East Asia 2018 exhibition in the form of a flowchart. The purpose of this research is to study how the direct marketing process in an exhibition planning. The results of the analysis of direct marketing process are supporting factors and inhibiting factors of direct marketing activities for Concrete Show South East Asia 2018 exhibition.
