Abstract

Development of special event has increased rapidly in Indonesia with the presence service of impresariat which have creative ideas, unique and innovative. The activities of impresariat is the management service for entertainment shows to be on display. In the activity of concerts or impresariat there are some important aspects that need to be noted for the success process of events. Important aspects include ticket sales and concert sales booth. This journal is aimed at observing the process of ticket sales and booth at the Netral Concert XXV NTRL. The success process of selling is one of the main key success of a concert event. Process a sales target that does not fit can be a barrier to the preparation of the event. The results of the research is to know the process of ticket and booth selling, the obstacles encountered and cancellations handling because of the less preparation.
