The Airport Solution Indonesia Exhibition activity 2019 was held at the Jakarta Convention Center, December 4-5 2018. The organizers of this annual event were held by supporting partners of the Indonesian Airport Association (IABI) and have been held for the third time and fully supported by the Ministry of Transportation, PT. Angkasa Pura 1, PT. Angkasa Pura 2, and Komite Nasional Keselamatan Transportasi (KNKT). The world of aviation, especially airport associations in Indonesia routinely organizes aviation events to discuss airport development and digitalization in the region, helps solve Indonesia's infrastructure gaps and creates airports that are competitively connected, increase economic profits, increase business, and gain international excellence. The qualitative method in this study is to collect and analyze the data obtained. In this journal will bring readers through the experience and research of the author about how the process of implementing telemarketing to visitors is visited by
the world of aviation.
