Abstract

This study aims to the difference between gala dinners in outside catering, with different segmentations which is associations and government. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative in order to find data for tourism objects at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center. Based on the results of the study obtained data on many differences from, logistics, equipment details, safety, cleanliness, payment and dismantling.
