Abstract
Based on the website of AISI (Indonesian Motorcycle Industry Association), the automotive industry in Indonesia is experiencing an increase. The improvement is seen from the habits of Indonesian people who use private transportation more often than public transportation. In connection with this matter, the organizers competed to create an automotive exhibition aimed at marketing an automotive brand to the people of Indonesia. With the increasing number of automotive exhibitions in Indonesia, organizers must make an attraction to attract visitors to come and provide a good experience for visitors. Organizing supporting programs is one way to apply this to visitors. In this journal the writer will present the implementation of a supporting program at an event especially in the field of exhibitions which aims to attract visitors to the event. Writing this journal is based on a case study experienced by the writer at the 2018 Indonesia Motorcycle Show, where the writer was directly involved in the preparation and organization of supporting events at the exhibition. In writing this journal the writer uses data collection methods through reading sources and literature. The results of this writing indicate that an event organizer is needed to organize events in order to be well prepared and it can help to increase the interest of visitors visiting the next events. Based on the data in the case study of the 2018 Indonesia Motorcycle Show, visitors interest in the supporting event grew every day.
