Tahap Persiapan Set Up Logistik Booth Event GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show 2018

Abstract

Exhibition has been one of the most developing sector of MICE industry. Both on a national and international scale. At the international scale exhibition that held specifically in Indonesia, such as the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show 2018 exhibition, which is a type of automotive exhibition, it contains many important aspects in it’s implementation. One important aspect that needs to be considered is the preparation process of establishing a logistics booth which will be a place to showcase automotive goods by each exhibitor. This study aims to observe the stages that need to be done before the process of establishing an exhibition booth begins. Each stage of preparation is regulated has it’s own procedures, both from the organizer and the exhibitors. The whole process of preparing for the GIIAS 2018 event before the set up period is well done.
