MODEL PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH PERKOTAAN DITINJAU DARI BIDANG PENDIDIKAN DI KOTA DEPOK

Abstract

According to Law No. 18 of 2008 that the current waste handling must be done alone. The sampling method is to identify, the school as a center of education in the community and community members. The result is Depok city government has not issued a Regulation on waste management. School knowledge is understood by answering 90% yes, while 10% do not understand the answer, not currently have plans so there is no budget for waste management in their respective schools. Planning on the implementation of hygiene in schools, respondents overall answered no planning for waste management waste It si undertaken by schools today is by 20% responded made fertilizers, 40% made crafts as well as answering 20% wanted a way to answer garbage Bank school access to waste management services by local governments that schools have access to government-owned waste 40% answered yes, 40% said no, while the remaining 20% did not answer. And the school to pay the fees every month garbage Rp. 150.000,- and Rp. 75.000,-.

Abstrak

Menurut UU No 18 tahun 2008 bahwa penanganan sampah saat ini wajib dilakukan sendiri. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah dengan cara mengidentifikasi, sekolah sebagai pusat pendidikan di masyarakat serta anggota masyarakat. sekolah baik SMA, SMP maupun SD, di wilayah Depok. Ada 10 sekolah yang mengisi kuesioner. hasilnya adalah pemerintah kota Depok belum mengeluarkan Peraturan Daerah tentang pengelolaan sampah. Pengetahuan sekolah dipahami dengan menjawab 90 % ya sedangkan yang belum memahami 10 % menjawab tidak.sampai saat ini belum punya perencanaan sehingga tidak ada anggaran untuk pengelolaan sampah di sekolah masing-masing. Perencanaan mengenai pelaksanaan kebersihan di Sekolah, responden secara keseluruhan menjawab tidak ada perencanaan untuk pengelolaan sampah di Sekolah.penanganan sampah yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah saat ini adalah dengan cara 20% menjawab dibuat pupuk, 40% menjawab dibuat kerajinan serta 20% menjawab menginginkan dengan cara Bank Sampah Akses sekolah terhadap layanan pengelolaan sampah oleh Pemerintah Daerah bahwa sekolah mempunyai akses pada pengolahan sampah milik pemda 40% menjawab ya, 40% menjawab tidak, sedangkan sisanya 20% tidak menjawab. Dan pihak sekolah membayar setiap bulan uang retribusi sampah sebesar Rp. 150.000,- dan Rp. 75.000,-
