Abstract

The development of  technology  has an impact on people's lives, technology really helps people to get all the services they need to live their lives. It is undeniable that during the Covid-19 pandemic, people and all lines are forced to adapt to new conditions, which require humans to communicate remotely and reduce crowds. The implementation of the event also adapted by utilizing technological advances that began to be adapted  through virtual events called webinars intended seminars through the website.  Asfor realizing  events  with good quality, in the process of working  on events an effective workflow is needed. As for an effective work, a workflow is needed that can manage the components of a job consisting of humans and their abilities, materials, equipment and also work equipment and  work environments in such a way that efficiency and high levels of productivity occur.
