PROSES PELAKSANAAN EVENT PERESMIAN DAN PELATIHAN FASILITAS PUSAT DAUR ULANG DI KOTA METRO LAMPUNG

Abstract

This research explores the Implementation of the Inauguration and Training Event for the Recycling Center Facility in Metro Lampung City, with the goal of supporting the city's waste management efforts. The research utilizes qualitative descriptive data analysis with an observational approach. The study highlights critical steps in event preparation, especially the development of a Detailed Budget Plan (RAB) and an Event Checklist. The RAB ensures the smooth execution of operations within the established budget, while the Event Checklist aids organizers in coordinating various event aspects. In conclusion, the research emphasizes the importance of meticulous preparation for a successful event.
