Abstract

For almost 30 years working in a company or agency, a workers will end their term of service at the workplace. When facing the retirement phase, someone in general will feel that they have no chance to return back for work. An institution engaged in training, especially in handling training for retirement preparation, is very important to know whether the client who entrusts their activities feels satisfied and in accordance with the goals they want. This journal aims to determine consumer satisfaction in attending retirement preparation training. Answering the question whether the training is useful for their life to facing the retirement phase. The method used in this study is quantitative. The results said that the participants were satisfied with the quality of the product and the quality of service held during the training for the retirement preparation period and would provide recommendations for this training to relatives or friends who would face retirement.
