 Abstract

Dasar Hukum 1945, Kesatuan Republik Indonesia, dan Bhinneka Tunggal Ika sama. Berdasarkan dasar ini, pada tahun 2012 PNJ telah menandatangani nota undersatanding (MoU) untuk berkolaborasi dengan pemerintah Kabupaten Kaimana, Papua Barat untuk memberikan layanan pendidikan bagi mahasiswa muda dari Kaimana.However, kolaborasi tidak melanjutkan seperti yang diharapkan oleh beberapa guru PNJ serta beberapa pemimpin PNJ. Bahkan, contohnya seperti mahasiswa Kaimanan yang belajar di Grafis dan Jurnalistik Departemen PNJ dikenal karena tidak memiliki semangat untuk menghadiri kelas. Bahkan, beberapa siswa Kaimana diusir (drop out) karena kurangnya kinerja yang baik mereka. Selain itu, beberapa guru serta sesama siswa tidak pernah dibangun hubungan dekat dengan mereka. Akibatnya, fitur ini menarik kritik oleh mereka yang berpikir bahwa keragaman Indonesia works.By menggunakan metode kualitatif, baki kertas ini untuk exprolore masalah berikut. Pertama, aspek ideologi luar kolaborasi antara PNJ dan pemerintah Kaimana. Kedua, aspek praktis atau operasional di mana kita ingin mencari dan menguraikan sampai sejauh mana keberhasilan kemajuan pendidikan bagi siswa Kaimanan belajar di kampus PNJ

Kata kunci: keragaman, multi kultural, kelompok marjinal, gegar budaya dan kegiatan afirmasi

 

Abstract

Basic Law 1945, Unity of Republic of Indonesia, and Unity in Diversity alike. Based on this foundation, in 2012 PNJ has signed a memorandum of undersatanding (MoU) to collaborate with the government of District Kaimana, West Papua to provide education service for young student from Kaimana.However, the collaboration does not proceed as it was expected by some PNJ teachers as well as some PNJ leaders. In fact, for example like Kaimanan student who studies at Graphic and Journalism Department of PNJ are known for not having enthusiasm to attend the class. Even, some Kaimana students were expelled (drop out) due to the lack of their good performance. In addition, some teachers as well as fellow students have never been built close relationship with them. Consequently, these features attract criticism by those who think that the diversity of Indonesia works.By using qualitative method, this paper tray to exprolore the following issues. Firstly, ideological aspect beyond the collaboration between PNJ and Kaimana government. Secondly, practical or operational aspect where we would like to seek and elaborate to what extent the success of the educational progress for Kaimanan student studying in PNJ campus
